The location was perfect. I could easily walk to many attractions. the room had very effective blackout curtains, so i slept soundly.

Romantic Interlude in the City

My partner and I found the lighting gave the interior a cozy feel. We had flowers and champagne in our room when we arrived since i was proposing. They provided a room upgrade, understanding it was such a special time. The staff was helpful when we needed to decorate our room.
Our room was near leicester square and its late night events so there was a lot of noise at night.

Food quality was great so we dined at the hotel several times. The Residency offers a unique menu that provides guests with multiple dining choices. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices for any diet.

underwhelming despite appearances

small roomshower issue
the room was smaller than i anticipated it felt cramped even. the noise was significant i could hear street sounds late into the night and early morning. i also encountered an issue with the shower the temperature fluctuated unpredictably it made showering unpleasant.

The hotel has a convenient location. My room was nice. The staff were friendly too.
Check-in was chaotic with queues. My room was a little grubby with stains on the mirrors and sofa. The pool area was too packed. I couldn't find seats or cabanas.
